Stunning location, set in beautiful countryside with well kept grounds and quite literally a few minutes drive from Bergerac airport down a winding lane. However as the airport is so tiny there is no noise and finding it so quickly came as a surprise. The country house itself is just exquisite.

The room I stayed in was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with 12 acres of garden with beautiful views, library, for example. Excellent staff and everything was nice. The location was stunning - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

Nice location and warm wellcome of the owner of the property. Tastefully decorated rooms and living areas. Carefully preserved nature and history.

The opportunity to stay in a very comfortable and historic building.
The hotel was very badly let down by the evening meal. We doubt very much there was a chef in the kitchen.

This place is an amazing and cozy unit in a traditional French style chateau with original wooden beams, and the staff is super and restful.

The bedrooms were lovely and the evening meal was superb. The location was good and the views spectacular.
Some of the staff were off hand and in fact we only realised after we had helped ourselves to buffet breakfast that we could have requested a limited cooked breakfast, (eg omelette or poached eggs), which at 19 euros each we would definitely have had. We also had to eventually request our tea and coffee as the waitress didn't come near our table.
